Terms & Conditions
Last updated 28 September 2026
These terms apply to software sold on mutantra.com. Mutantra is a trading name of Greg Hunter, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom ("Mutantra", "we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].
How you buy
Checkout is handled by Gumroad, which processes your payment, sends your receipt and collects any sales tax or VAT due. Gumroad's own terms apply to the payment itself; these terms cover your use of the software. For anything about your order or licence, contact us directly.
The licence
- When you buy a Mutantra product you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it, including in commercial music and sound production.
- You may install it on the computers you personally use. Licences are not to be shared, resold or published.
- Audio you make with the software is yours. We claim no rights in it and ask no royalties.
- The software is licensed, not sold. You may not decompile, modify, or redistribute it, or remove or bypass its licence check.
System requirements
Requirements are listed on each product page. Please check them, and try the demo where one is offered, before buying.
Updates and support
Bug-fix updates for the version you bought are free. We aim to answer support questions by email within a few working days.
Warranty and liability
The software is provided with reasonable care and skill and should work as described. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, it is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
