This policy explains what personal data Mutantra (Greg Hunter, trading as Mutantra, United Kingdom) collects and why. Questions: [email protected].
What we collect
- Purchases. Gumroad processes payments. We receive your name, email address, country and order details from Gumroad so we can issue your licence and support you. We never see or store your card details.
- Licences. Your licence contains your name and email so it can be verified. If you activate online, the plugin sends your licence key and a random machine identifier to our licensing server. No audio, projects or usage data are sent.
- Email. If you email us, we keep your email address and messages.
How we use it
To deliver and verify licences and provide support. We don't sell or rent personal data, and we don't use advertising trackers.
Who else processes it
Gumroad (payments, receipts and tax, under Gumroad's privacy policy), our web and licensing hosts (Cloudflare, Hostinger), and our email provider — each only as needed to run the service.
How long we keep it
Purchase and licence records are kept as long as you own the licence and as required for tax records.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how it's used. Email us and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site doesn't set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set a strictly necessary security cookie.
