Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with what you buy. If a Mutantra product isn't right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, for any reason.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or reply to your Gumroad receipt, and include your order number. We issue the refund through Gumroad, and you'll get a confirmation email when it's done.
What happens next
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days depending on your bank. When a purchase is refunded its licence is deactivated.
After 14 days
Refunds after 14 days are at our discretion — if something isn't working, get in touch first and we'll try to fix it. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
